Cutting-Edge Accutex AP-6040 & AP-6040A Wire EDM

- Bi-repeatability is less than 2.5μm after 5 times laser calibration.
The machine structure was designed via Finite Element Analysis (FEA) with high rigidity. The EDM process works very efficiently, particularly in the machining of difficult-to-cut materials. Materials being machined by EDM have to be electrically conductive.
