Advanced CNC capabilities for projects of all sizes

Billet Industries offers precision CNC machining services for Horizontal Milling, Vertical Milling, Turning, and Horizontal Boring.

Our Horizontal Milling can accommodate part geometries with a cylindrical part envelope up to 57″. Our Vertical Milling can accommodate part sizes of X=180, Y=32, Z=32 inches. Our CNC lathes can turn parts up to 57″ in diameter, as well as accommodate material up to 83 inches in length. Our precision machining center accuracy is capable to 0.00013 inches for positioning.
